Love & prayers to Charlie Murphy’s family & friends

Aug 16, 2016—Syilx Territory, Penticton, BC: Its with a heavy heart that we say good bye to our dear friend and mentor. Partners for Youth Empowerment co-founder Charlie Murphy passed away peacefully on August 6th at his home with his loved ones.

Our approach at IndigenEYEZ has been ignited with the support of Charlie and our mentors at Partners for Youth; an organization that generously shares its knowledge with many partners around the planet.

As we spread the Power of Hope with First Nations throughout BC we will carry with us your unconditional support and encouraging words, lifting us up to see our strengths in becoming impactful facilitators of empowerment and change.

Your ripple will continue far and wide as the fire of IndigenEYEZ catches to more communities throughout BC, across Canada and to other indigenous peoples around the world.

Lim limpt, thank you Charlie for sharing your gifts, your leadership and compassion and that smile that lit up the room and warmed our hearts.

Lim limpt for the honour and blessing of sharing this journey together.  I am grateful for the day I walked into your workshop and you turned my world around with the creative community model and arts based tools.

Lim limpt for igniting my purpose and potential, I never dreamed I would be so happy and fulfilled in my lifes work.

This was the most exciting water conference I have been too, so kudos to your organizing team for putting it all together and pulling it off.
